When will my order ship? 

We offer free shipping within India. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.  The approximate delivery time is 5 - 7 working days, depending on the location. 

While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, JENA cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.

*Please note that JENA also does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email.

Our courier partners, will make sure that your goods are handed over in good condition, right at the convenience of your doorstep.

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver to your shipping address two times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, please keep a look out for such correspondence.

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

In case the product is delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at and WhatsApp us on +91-9324472312 within 3 days of receipt.

Please mention ‘RETURNS’ in the subject and mention your last name, first name, order number, contact details and photos of the damaged item.

We will provide an exchange/ refund upon return and verification of the product.
